1. How long are shipping times?
Due to high demand and covid 19, shipping times may vary and/or be delayed dependent upon covid-19 related procedures being carried out by different regions. Typically, your products will ship within one to five days of you placing your order, and can take 7-21 business days to reach your doorstep. We appreciate your patience.
2. What is your return policy?

3. Can I cancel my order?
Cancelations are possible if you do not receive your package within the timeframe specified for each individual product. Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancelation. 4. What happens if I receive the wrong item?
If there's an issue with your order- if it's the wrong size, wrong color, defective or otherwise not exactly what you wanted- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund. Email us at email@example.com with a description of what went wrong and a picture. You won't be asked to ship the product back to us as we want to ensure we are saving you both time and money.
5. Do you offer exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges. However, if for any reason you didn't get the exact product you expected, contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll get you a replacement.
